Wisconsin TEPP $800
This is the second step in the Wisconsin TEPP program this provides $800 of equipment to the Wisconsin resident, you will need to be deaf or severely hard of hearing. This programs provide with a $100 payment that ablitiy to get $900 of equipment (see our phone button below). If you need help(are low-income) from the state to afford the $100 there is a program call TAP (telecommunication assistance program) that will cover the $100, please call us and we would be happy to help with this application.
Wisconsin’s Public Service Commission (PSC) administers a program called TEPP (Telecommunications Equipment Purchase Program) which helps individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing purchase special equipment that will allow them to access telecommunication services. This program draws upon money provided by Wisconsin telephone service providers who collect the funds in the form of fees we pay on our monthly phone bills. TEPP provides vouchers to eligible applicants to cover the cost of approved equipment. Hear More Aids now stocks TEPP approved phones. We’d also be happy to assist you in filling out and submitting the proper application from.

Print and complete the above application filling out only the grayed in parts, with name, address, city, state and zip below that add in your phone number, your birthday and the last four digits of your social security numbers, sign the application and then at the top there is room to fill out your choice of phones in the button below click on it and choose your type of phone, put your choice on top of the application, if you submit the $100 that is all you have to do, if you need to apply with the TAP program call us and we will help you complete the form. The application process will take about 6 weeks and then you will receive your phone by FedEx.
