What is DECT 6.0?
    A:  This phone is immune to house hold interference, the sound is crystal clear loud because it
    does not have the background noise to compete with.  DECT also have an extra layer of protection so that it helps encrypt your information. Also the battery last up to 30% longer then a regular phone.

How does the speaker phone to work?
    A: When you are talking with another person you press the green call button. To turn off the speaker phone you press the green dial button again.

How loud is the phone?
    A: There are 5 different levels.

What are the different ring tones?
    A: There are 6 different basic ring and 4 that have melodies.

How to place numbers on the phone (M1- M4)?
    A: Press the desired memory key once then dial the number you wish to save and press the save key when prompted. Follow the instructions on the screen.

What is the person with the question mark in front of it do?
    A: In the Menu options it scrolls up. Also, when on the home screen it will go to the CID book.

What is the open book?
    A: In the Menu options it scrolls down. Also, when on the home screen it will go the phone book.  To add numbers to the phone book, press the left circle key, the down button key (the open book), press the left circle key, press the left circle key and then put the name, then press the right key again, then enter the number, the right circle again, pick a melody, then the right circle key again.

 
What do the two circles do?
    A: Enters the redial book.

What does the phone with the arrow do?
    A: Sets up an internal call to another handset. Transfer an incoming call with an external line and an internal handset.

How to turn on and off the vibrations?
    A: Press the 0 key until the hand set beats.  To turn it on you have to press the button again.

How to lock and unlock the keypad?
    A:  Hold the * key down (it does have a small key icon) for at least 4 seconds or until you here a beep and the screen says locked.

How do you set up the voice mail?
    A: To set up the voice mail you  press the TAM button (the left circle key), press the select key (the left circle key), press the select key again, then down key (the opened book), then the select key, speak, then when finished press the left circle key again.

How do I know if there is any message and where do I get them?
    A: On the screen there will be an envelope next to the battery strength. To get your messages, press the right circle key, then press the down key (the open book), the right circle key, the right circle key again when finished press the red phone button.

How do you change the volume well talking?
    A:  Pressing the up (the question mark with a person) and the down key (the open book).

What is HS1?
    A: Handset 1 (this is the handset assigned to base 1) is the original handset packaged inside your gift box.

    A: Base 1 (this is the base assigned to handset 1) is the original base packaged inside your gift box.
